I was a very proactive buyer who came to the table with several pre approved loans from various institutions. I chose Veteran's United Home Loans strictly due to the engagement with Stephanie Hoffman. Throughout the process, Stephanie answered all my questions and even made thoughtful suggestions that assisted me to get where I am today, a home owner. Stephanie goes above and beyond, and drawing from my extensive military background calls for a "Bravo Zulu", well done!
To all who played a role in my achievement (I say achievement because this was by far the hardest thing I've done in a minute) purchasing my first home as a single mom, I want to say THANK YOU. There were days I really wanted to give up but because of the hard work from Samantha, Natalie, (they really showed me dozen of houses) they were patient while I tried to find a home that was suitable for my daughter and I.....Rachael, Wendy, Nate and Cameron, I didn't give up. I appreciate all the text, emails, and calls... did I say emails....:) My daughter and I thank you all. Also thank you for the beautiful house warming gifts, we are grateful for all your kindness. Again, it wouldn't have happened without you all. Be bless.
This was the smoothest, shortest, and easy home buying experience I have ever had. It was almost too good to be true. This team is stellar and should be recognized for their professionalism and dedication to making sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be reaching out to them for next home buying purchase in the future and I will be referring them to anyone I know that will be buying a home in the future. Thank you all!

Name changes during a first time home buying experience would (I thought) be more common. The only option for the document that I could use to prove my name change was the court ordered document or drivers license, which doesn't make sense because you do not have that document when you change your name after getting married. Please have the option for future customers who are newlyweds to use their marriage certificate and or new social as proof (I mean... seriously, how much more proof is needed that my new social security card couldn't provide) . I wasn't able to use my marriage certificate or new social security. This was the only hiccup I encountered.
