Eric Johnson, Brittany Miller, and Brittany Lucy are a fantastic team and it is very apparent they have the veteran's best interest in mind every step of the way. Not once did I ever feel alone or left out of the loop. I could call Eric Johnson or Brittany Miller at any time of the day or week (or weekend) for answers to my questions or concerns. I always felt they would work extremely hard to ensure I received answers. They added a sense of "fun" to this home buying journey and for that I appreciate them! Then whole team was awesome, specially Dustin with my many phone calls and obstacles , the gifts sent for my girls , my package ! Ali Schellenberg and her team is absolutely amazing! They made the home buying process super easy and comfortable for me as a new home buyer. Communication during and after the process has been perfect & I couldnt be happier (or luckier) to have worked with these dedicated professionals! If I could ask for one thing, its for them to get a promotion or at least a raise cause if not, I will start a loan company and poach.
The underwriter was over zealous, bordering in invasive and insulting. But everyone else was awesome. Would still recommend others.
