It was a fantastic experience. Am I am very pleased with my team! The only thing I have is that during the closing process for the house I was not notified (except through email which I did not check very often) that the closing date was pushed back. Perhaps in the future things like that should be communicated at least via text.
I would like to add, Stephanie Hoffman went above and beyond in assisting me with every aspect of my transaction and answering every question when asked. She was prompt and polite in addressing my concerns on the spot and if she didn't have the answer she found out right then, not later.
