Veterans United and specifically Jared B. Made my first time home buying experience a great one. Jared and his team are great people to work with. They explained everything in great detail which I very much appreciated because I did not have any idea where to start or how to start. If I could shout to the world how amazing Veterans United is I absolutely would! I will be referring everyone I know to go with Veterans United ALWAYS!

Aaron, Jackson, et al., you are appreciated and you do great work. Professional, thorough, and friendly to boot. You fought for me as I shopped around, but ultimately, it felt correct to show that loyalty to Veterans United (for sticking with me for throughout the months (year?)). You were admittedly not the "cheapest" offer, but big picture: the quality of service must be factored in, and that is clearly something you all have (quality). You stuck with Us, and that is something that counts for so much. I am not the easiest client to have (very annoying and full of questions), so here's to having survived putting up with me, haha. I apologize that it's taken so long to leave this feedback, but "better late than never," as they say. :)
My process was quite complicated and often disappointing, lacking organization and communication. I was told one thing, only to be told something completely different. Overall, this process should have been smoother.

Tyler Oakley and team are fantastic. This is the second time we have used them and will continue to do so in the future.
Veterans United was my last chance to procur a loan for our home! I had exhausted all other avenues. Veterans United gives you all the tools necessary from the 1st call! From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! We couldn't be happier with Veterans United and I will do my best to tell others about you every chance I get! THANK YOU!

Josh and his team made the entire home buying experience easy. I appreciated all the help I was given and how accessible everyone was anytime I had a question.
We loved working with Aslyn and Charlie. They were byfar the most useful individuals. However, when these two were unavailable someone else filled in who did not have an communication skills. If it wasnt for Ashlyn and Charlie, things would have been different.
This is the second time I used Veterans United to buy a house and it was the best decision I made...twice. The whole team was helpful, communication was amazing, and the whole process was stress free. Thank you, Veterans, United for taking the stress out of home Buying.
First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
My experience was uneventful, which is just the way I like for things to be in my life. I felt good & secure the whole way through the process. Have not a thing bad to say.
