The text messages worked really well for me. Quick and easy to get in touch and contact people. Everyone was helpful and very responsive both via email and telephonically. The documents were regularly updated in the VU App which was also easy to use. Thank you all for helping us through the process.

We are so grateful for Stephanie Hoffman, from day one she walked us through all the steps and took the extra time to explain the process.
