As a first time homebuyer, this could not have gone any better. Everyone was very informative as well as knowledgeable about the entire process from beginning to end. My fears of throwing money at a huge investment were immediately shattered when I was guided through the process. The online portal made life much easier and if I had a question, I could call and immediately receive an answer.
From start to finish the entire Veteran United team were fantastic to work with. Answering that phone call was the best decision I ever made. True professionals from start to finish, they made me feel as if I was their only client the entire time. I will highly recommend them to all my friends and coworkers. I would also like to comment on Wendy's Team, and specifically Samantha Lennox. Who I communicated with a lot through the process as well. She was great to work with, and was excellent at communicating with me and getting the right paperwork and documents complete. Always helpful, responsive and will answer any questions quickly and make sure you have the answers you need to continue the process. We spent a lot of time on the phone and emailing documents, and she couldn't have made it easier on my to complete my recent finance. I really couldn't have asked for a better team. Thank you both!
