I've attempted this process previously with other lenders but no other lender has given us the same confidence and care like Ali and her team has. Great communication (one on one and through the web portal) and professionalism throughout the entire team. Although the whole process seemed so fast to us (compared stories about other lenders), we definitely felt like we were being helped rather than just being "processed". The experience extended beyond the Veterans United team as they've surrounded themselves with great real estate agents and brokers as well. The entire experience was less frustrating than it was purchasing our vehicles. Veterans United worked so well with us in buying the house. We had a lot of questions and all were answered with such professionalism. They were so patient and made us feel like they wanted us to have a home. We did do a couple of bids but when we found the one we wanted they worked so hard to make it happen, and it did. I certainly appreciate all they did for us.
Oustanding, prompt, and knowledgable service provided. The fact that All works in CA made things very easy for me (I live onbthe east coast). We could talk for hours after I came home from work. I never felt I may be the last call of the day.
