A lot of smaller companies wanted to compete by saying we’d feel “left behind” during the process and that communications would drop, but that was NOT the case with our Loan team. If anything. My only beef was that the original preapproval stated conventional mortgage. Whenever things changed to fha, it made it difficult. All is good in the end though. Honestly, if I knew in advance it was fha, I would have probably stopped looking at the market altogether and simply concentrated on a rental, so its a blessing in disguise.
Although I didn't require all of the services offered, Veterans United can basically be a one stop shop for purchasing a home. They walked me through the process using a series of tasks to be completed and were easily available to answer any of my questions. Lance and his team are the best!
