Veteran's United made the home buying and loan application process easy, and were friendly, responsive, and understanding throughout.
I want to give a special shout-out to Stephanie Hoffman and Tonga! These two were without a doubt my dream team in this! Without Stephanie’s expertise on the breaker and finance side and Tonga’s expertise as well, my dream home would not have worked out as well as it did! Thank you!
Everyone on the team did a great job working with us trying to get everything handled. I had a very odd schedule, but they made things very easy for me so that I could get everything in and they could knock everything out for us to get our new home. Very thankful for the entire team and the gift that was sent was a thoughtful gesture that we did not expect at all, but made our next game night great:)

Stephanie Hoffman was part of Wendy’s team and she was the kindest and most helpful person to work with. You hear of horror stories all the time when purchasing a home... I cannot relate! Active communication is key for me and that’s exactly what I got from Stephanie and Ashley during my loan process. I was impressed that they allowed me to contact them via text vice having to call their work phones. That showed me that they were willing to always be available when I needed them. I love how VU designed their website to cater to their clients, giving them a To Do List and checklists to help with the buying process.

Buying a home for the frist time is exciting and teriffing at the same time you wonder do i qualify for a loan can i afford the payments is now the right time to buy , i asked myself that during the entire process and all i heard from the team of professionals at Veterans United was yes you do... yes you can.... and yes the time is now they were more excited than i was and that was all it took to ease my mind and today i have a home i can call my own and have given generational wealth to my kids and grandkids .
