The process was so easy. I absolutely loved being able to just be told what to sign and it being readily available on the portal. I felt like I could ask any questions I needed to, no matter how silly it might be. It was amazing how quick everyone worked as well. Stephanie explained everything in great detail. When I was worried about anything Stephanie made sure that I understood what was going on, and how things worked. I absolutely loved working with everyone!!

Super user-friendly portal, it was very nice to have when I had started the process while I was still deployed. This enabled me to get pre-approved and start my home search early as well. Everyone on the team did a great job working with us trying to get everything handled. I had a very odd schedule, but they made things very easy for me so that I could get everything in and they could knock everything out for us to get our new home. Very thankful for the entire team and the gift that was sent was a thoughtful gesture that we did not expect at all, but made our next game night great:)
