Terrible. DO NOT USE. They never answered my questions or explained things to me. Every day was a crisis of their own creation. I had to call to find out if they needed items because they were so bad about communicating things to me. Every time I reached out to them, they’d say they urgently needed another document. I never could understand why they didn’t have a comprehensive list of items they were going to need. I got to a point where I didn’t trust them with my money. I would have found another company if I had had more time.
It was a fantastic experience. Am I am very pleased with my team! The only thing I have is that during the closing process for the house I was not notified (except through email which I did not check very often) that the closing date was pushed back. Perhaps in the future things like that should be communicated at least via text.
