It was a fantastic experience. Am I am very pleased with my team! The only thing I have is that during the closing process for the house I was not notified (except through email which I did not check very often) that the closing date was pushed back. Perhaps in the future things like that should be communicated at least via text.
I would like to add, Stephanie Hoffman went above and beyond in assisting me with every aspect of my transaction and answering every question when asked. She was prompt and polite in addressing my concerns on the spot and if she didn't have the answer she found out right then, not later. I have recommended you guys to two other veterans only because of the outstanding service Stephanie provided. Thank you Stephanie.

This was a very smooth process and I would definitely recommend this team a hundred times over Stephanie Hoffman was fantastic and very professional and informative, guided me through all aspects of the home buying process. Jonathan was great always checking in and making sure my needs were met great team and experience. Veterans united has been great and I’ll continue to use them and definitely this team. I can’t thank Wendy and Stephanie enough for all their help! Stephanie was absolutely amazing to work with. She helped me with everything and also explained every single detail along the way. The process was so easy. I absolutely loved being able to just be told what to sign and it being readily available on the portal. I felt like I could ask any questions I needed to, no matter how silly it might be. It was amazing how quick everyone worked as well. Stephanie explained everything in great detail. When I was worried about anything Stephanie made sure that I understood what was going on, and how things worked. I absolutely loved working with everyone!!
