Had an easy process and was not as chaotic as I expected. Although it was a bit frustrating that the first time our documents were looked through a document was missed, first person missed that we were missing a document and had to rush to get that said document due to three days before closing. Only reason that was caught is because the person went on vacation and someone else combed through the file and notice the missing document.Overall happy with all the ladies that assisted us with our loan process.
Veterans United Home Loans really gave me peace of mind with the home buying process. I started with a different lender who put doubt in my mind, made me question if buying a home was the greatest idea, and made the whole process extremely difficult. Veterans United was able to take over the process from the other lender and put me in my new home. They didn’t just offer competitive rates and a lender credit to bring them down even further, but also closed on time when I started the process late in the game with them. Would 100% recommend using them for purchasing a house or even your forever home!

She was there and to explain every question and made sure I felt confident with every thing I needed to complete refinance.
