Always informed me of where we were in the process, kept me updated with what I needed to accept, and always explained things I didn’t understand without pulling out any hair(while we were on the phone)

The process was very organized and very diligent. The only thing I would recommend to better in the process is having the closing costs before the closing day, other than that I would give it a 10!!!
