There were a few bumps in the process, but working with the team, we were able to overcome them.
I never even imagined that I could be so stressed free after the signing of all the paperwork and trying to back out a couple times. My team was awesome and my Loan Officer Justin Minard kept telling me to just let him get me across the finish line and he did just that! I felt like Kirk Gibson hitting a walk off Homer in 1980 World Series. Thanks to all of you! I'm making improvements already and bringing the property value up. 😎

From the concierge to the credit department to the loan officer and everyone in between, they helped my wife and I get to where we needed to ensure the process was smooth! Everyone we dealt with has also stated that they'll be with us even after we got through signing the loan and title! That doesn't happen with standard banks! First and foremost, Thank you all! Second, I'm glad it's over! At 55, this is my first home purchase. The first home I went under contract with was not so great, but I lay the blame on a shifty seller and an even shiftier seller's agent! Lesson learned. Regroup and got it done right the very next house with a new agent (Christi) I believe picked by Nicki & facilitated by Nicki & Rachel. In the end you all got me into the home I wanted so thank you!
