Brice worked very closely with my realtor and the builder of the home that I wanted to purchase to get me the best deal possible, and to ensure that I was able to move into my home as quickly as possible. I’m a first time homebuyer and this was very scary for me, but Brice and the team made it a smooth transition. The process was so easy and so fast. We were looking at moving to our dream beach area with a 6-12 month timeframe assuming it was take that long to get our ducks in a row while working with a lender that was Veteran friendly and knowledgeable.

I was always under the impression that buying a house would be a very stressful and difficult process.
