Throughout the whole process my husband and I had a team of people supporting and assisting us, answering all of our questions, following up, keeping us on track and cheering us on. Our homebuying concierge, Andrea was particularly delightful- she remembered all the little details about who we are as people like our pets, our hobbies, our goals, etc. Our loan team even sent us a huge custom curated package of goodies and housewarming treats! Everyone was professional, the app is user friendly, and their rates are competitive with all the other banks that we considered for financing. Ultimately, Veterans United was the BEST choice we could have made and we are so grateful for all of the hard work that Scott, Bailey and Andrea did to help us secure our dream home!

Buying a home through Veterans United was the most easy process that I have ever experienced. I never thought that I would be in a position to buy a home in a beautiful state that I can grow a family in thank you Veterans United for making the process completely stress-free and for making my dreams come true.
Provided we had a little trouble toward the end with the closing documents, I have to say everything was pretty smooth sailing the whole way through. Everything was easy to understand and having the app made things even less complicated. It was overall a great experience.
Overall the process was quite quick and easy. I am happy to have worked with the team and veterans united and am very happy to be a homeowner now thanks to them.
I would say this misconception that a VA loan takes longer is wrong. My closing from start of bid to keys in my hands was pretty quick.

I heard through the grapevine that the VA is a very hard and strict place to get alone. I found that to be true but having said that the crew is top Notch.. 110% I would recommend the VA.

Veterans United from day one and the first phone call I made were great and helpful and interested in us. Treated us with respect and caringness and empathy. They were patient with me when they needed information or documentation from me and were not pushy. When I had a question they had an answer, when I needed them they were there.
