That helped keep things moving forward instead of feeling stuck in the dark.The online system also made submitting documents fairly easy, which helped speed things up during underwriting. This process started out is only a dream. I made a simple phone call from a Google search and ended up with Veterans United, Alberto and his team. What a God send. It is amazing and I am astounded at how smooth they really make the process. Along every single step they knew exactly what they were doing. The smallest of details were taken care of by their team. Veterans have enough to deal with with many returning from war, deployment, and time away from their families. It’s comforting to know that there’s a company out there that looks out for their well-being. Unfortunately, 10 is the highest grade you can grade someone on their scale, in our opinion, they deserve a much higher score. Everything was awesome with one minor exception. I wasn’t told that I needed my well tested until the very last minute and it delayed the closing for almost 2 weeks simply because that’s how long it took to get all the tests back.
They were awesome the underwriter was a pain needing things at the last minute and I work during the day so it took awhile to get everything they needed.
The team is outstanding. They we're very patient with me and all of my questions and quirks. Great team, and great job!!!

Veterans United was a seamless fit from the beginning. As a first-time home buyer, I had LOTS of questions and after living overseas, I had a lot to work out before my home purchase was finally possible. They were with me the entire way and walked me through every step.
Cierra was amazing and really went above and beyond for us. The concierge was not really needed and my loan officer decided that a week before closing it was a good idea to leave and got on holiday. Again Cierra was awesome, but our loan officer, Joe, was disrespectful and dishonest to both of us.
