This team is clearly knowledgeable, professionals, and experts. I went in feeling nervous and anxious about being a new homebuyer and now I feel way more at ease and am already in a new home. But more importantly the process was smooth and fast and everyone answered my questions promptly. And bonus! They were friendly and I loved my surprise house gift!
My agent Austin Butler was absolutely amazing. He was patient with us during the process of purchasing a new home and selling the one we currently own, and then again when we decided to not do any of that and just refinance our current home. He wasn't pushy and he completely understand everything we were trying to do. I very highly recommend him to anyone looking to get stuff done. I really hope he is around when we do decide to sell and purchase closer to where we want to be. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to work with.

Overall we were very pleased with the team from Veterans United. This was our second time using them for our home loan needs. They were generally very helpful, friendly and quick to respond.
Our only complaint is that the last week before closing there was much less communication. One of our team members was out of office, and her replacement was far less responsive. When closing day came we felt like we were in the dark on some things. We had a few issues at the closing table - specifically with the title company - and no one was answering the phone. It was quite frustrating. We also didn't know that the money transaction wouldn't take place at the closing table. We had to go into a physical bank. I'm disabled and my mother-in-law has mobility issues. It would have been very helpful to know this ahead of time. Those issues left a bad taste in our mouth, but the overall experience was good and we would use them again.
Veterans United made a dream come true that I thought was impossible! I stepped into the home buying process with no knowledge, and now I feel confident and comfortable with everything that has happened throughout the process. From the very beginning to the day I received the keys to my home, Veterans United blew me away. I highly recommend Veterans United!

Double thumbs up.Notes:1 thing I disliked is a last day change to cash to close. $600 pest treatment catch put on me, but VU gave some credits on top worth 3x that. So, I’m pleased overall.1 thing I would do different is scrutinize the hell out of the initial estimate with every line item and understand how it aligns to the deal. That makes my decisions thereafter better informed. I did not do this as well with frequent late nights and not enough time away from work and the rest of the life transition going on all in parallel, and possibly suffered from it. Not a fun time for me, but glad for this team.
Everyone from Zach tonight to Grant was so professional so helpful and I consider them good friends. They went overboard and everything that they did to make things happen for me and they did it and I thanked them and bless them for and yes, I would recommend to anyone looking for a Professional team such as theirs
I truly thought this was going to be one of the most difficult, lengthy processes I have experienced, especially as a first time homebuyer. To say the VU Team made everything as easy and seamless as possible is an understatement. From start to finish, the team walked me through every step, answered every question. They made the process so easy, I think we closed in less than a month! It went so fast and easy, it certainly feels like it was less than a month.
