This was a very smooth process and I would definitely recommend this team a hundred times over Stephanie Hoffman was fantastic and very professional and informative, guided me through all aspects of the home buying process. We saw that the loan rates had dropped substantially six months after we were approved for our original loan. After discussing some options with other loan companies, I called Veteran's United and was pleasantly suprised that they matched the rated given by another company.
The only problem that we encountered was that mail was sent to the wrong address, even after filling out paperwork regarding this more than once. Hopefully, it is now resolved.
